Microsoft Declares Quarterly Dividend

REDMOND, Wash., June 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share. The dividend is payable September 12, 2013 to shareholders of record on August 15, 2013. The ex-dividend date will be August 13, 2013.
