Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS) announced today changes among several
key leadership positions in sales and operations designed to better
position the company for continued growth.
“Cintas has seen consistent growth for the past several years and will
finish Fiscal Year ’13 with record revenues,” said Scott Farmer, CEO.

believe appointing these leaders will best position us for the future,”
he added.
Todd Schneider has been promoted to President and Chief Operating
Officer - Rental Division. Schneider began his career with Cintas as a
Management Trainee in 1989 and since then, has held several key sales
and operations leadership roles in the company, including Senior Vice
President of Sales, President and COO - Document Management Division,
Marketing Manager and Executive Sales Representative. Schneider is a
graduate of Miami University and currently resides in Ft. Thomas, KY
with his wife and three children.
Jay Bruscato, formerly a regional Vice President of Sales, has been
promoted to Vice President of the First Aid and Safety Division. Jay
joined Cintas as a Management Trainee in 1988 and spent the first nine
years of his career in Sales and Service in the Chicago area. Bruscato
relocated to Cincinnati in 1996, where focused on the growth and
expansion of the Facility Services business. He served as Vice President
of Marketing before transitioning to his most recent role as VP of
Sales. He, his wife and daughter still reside in Cincinnati.
Cintas is also pleased to announce the promotion of Bob Mitchell to
Senior Vice President - Sales for the Rental Division. Mitchell also
began his career with Cintas as a Management Trainee after graduating
from Miami University. Over the past 27 years, he has held positions in
Marketing, Facility Services, First Aid & Safety, and most recently
served as Vice President - Sales for Emerging Businesses. Mitchell, his
wife and four children live in Anderson Twp., OH.
