CACI Appoints Larry Clifton Chief Human Resources Officer

Company Veteran Is a Long-Time Innovator in Human Capital Functions

CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today that it has appointed Larry Clifton Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, effective immediately. Mr. Clifton had been performing as Acting Chief Human Resources Officer since February, during which time he worked closely with CACI’s executive team, business groups, and staff organizations to align the company’s HR initiatives with its strategic goals and objectives.

Mr. Clifton joined CACI in 2000 after serving in a number of leadership positions with the U.S. Air Force, including commanding a unit that directly supported the President of the United States. As a CACI recruiting and workforce planning senior leader, he had a vital role in the company’s growth by implementing creative initiatives that expanded business markets, including CACI’s growing intelligence business. He also played leadership roles in managing other important HR functions across CACI.

Mr. Clifton’s success in developing HR innovations generated significant industry recognition for CACI’s recruiting and assimilation organization and earned him positions of increasing responsibility. He established an award-winning team and comprehensive infrastructure that advanced human capital goals, created new outreach to America’s veterans, and sustained CACI’s culture of honesty and ethics throughout the workforce. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Clifton will continue to provide strategic direction for the full range of CACI’s human capital functions, with an emphasis on employee and leadership development and talent management initiatives.

According to John Mengucci, CACI’s Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, “Larry Clifton has been an important contributor to CACI’s growth for more than a decade. His human resources expertise has helped us establish business, strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice, and retain our base of talented professionals.”

CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Asbury said, “Larry Clifton is a veteran CACI leader who offers exceptional institutional knowledge of our company and our human capital programs. As Acting Chief Human Resources Officer, he helped shape a human resources organization that is maximally responsive to both the needs of our employees and the success of our business. Larry has been an innovator for us for many years, and we look forward to his continuing contributions.”
