RBC branches also accepting public donations to Canadian Red Cross

TORONTO, June 21, 2013 /CNW/ - RBC today announced a $125,000 donation to the Canadian Red Cross to support relief efforts for those affected by the heavy flooding in the Calgary region and much of the province.

"The impact of the heavy flooding has been devastating to several Alberta communities," said Bruce MacKenzie, regional president, Alberta and the Territories, RBC Royal Bank. "The well being of our employees and clients in the affected regions is our top priority. In the coming weeks, we will work with each of our clients to help them through this challenging time."

RBC branches are also accepting donations to the Canadian Red Cross.
