He brings a wealth of experience in media and noteworthy achievements driving revenue for agencies and iconic brands including Coca-Cola, P&G and American Express. In this newly created role, Bader will strengthen RadiumOne's rapid rise in revenue and customer growth, overseeing brand development, strategic partnerships and all marketing-related activities.

Prior to RadiumOne, Bader served in pivotal roles at major media agencies that include global president and chief strategy officer at Initiative, a global network within the Mediabrands unit of Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG), spanning 90 offices in 75 markets worldwide, as well as president and co-founder of BrandInHand, one of the industry's leading mobile marketing companies. With a strong agency background, Bader also worked as the General Manager of CSTV - College Sports Network (later CBS College Sports), managing director at MediaVest and senior partner of interactive at Ogilvy.

Additionally, while serving as general manager at CSTV Online, Bader helped build a 240-site ad network and monetized the Internet streaming phenomenon -- the NCAA March Madness on Demand. CSTV was later acquired by CBS Corporation for $325 million. In 2006, while Bader was managing director at MediaVest, Advertising Age named the firm Digital Media Agency of the Year, and the following year he was singled out by MediaWeek as a Digital Media All-Star.
