Naturally Splendid to Launch New Products and Moves Into New Office/Warehouse Facilities

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 27, 2013) - Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. (TSXV: NSP) (the "Company") is pleased to provide the following corporate update.

New Products

As previously reported, the Company plans to launch a number of nutritional product lines through 2013. These new products augment the existing line of hemp food products adding depth and diversity. The Company's new products include:

Flavoured Hemp Protein

The Company will launch three (3) new flavours of hemp based protein powders in the fourth quarter of 2013. The new flavours are; chocolate; vanilla; and blackberry / pomegranate. Naturally Splendid CEO Craig Goodwin states, "We are extremely pleased with the flavour and nutritional profiles of these new products. They will be the first hemp protein products in the world that utilize lo-han-guo, an all-natural sweetener that is 200 times sweeter than sugar, with a fraction of the calories".

Lo-han-guo, sometimes called Monk Fruit is an exciting and unique new to market sweetener that provides benefits no other sweeteners can. Unlike sugar and other common sweeteners, Monk Fruit does not elevate insulin levels, raise cholesterol, or stimulate fat storage. Made from natural fruit, Monk Fruit has been clinically proven to speed up the fat burning process without stimulating insulin production. Monk Fruit is completely natural and safe for diabetics, children and people who are hypoglycemic.

Snack Packs.

Naturally Splendid is in the process of developing three (3) flavoured hemp seed snack packs. These single serving packages are targeted towards the convenience market. Initial flavours will be Natural, Salted and Barbeque. Final flavouring profiles and formulations are anticipated to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013 and launched in the first quarter of 2014.

Natural Superfood Cereals

The Company also plans to introduce a line of healthy cereals which include hemp and other superfoods. To date, three cereal formulations are targeted to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013. Nutritional analysis and final branding a r e a l s o anticipated to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2013 with launch of the first two cereals in the first quarter of 2014. Our launch of the third and fourth cereals is anticipated for the first quarter of 2014.

Energy Bars

Naturally Splendid is developing a hemp-based nutritional bar containing hemp. Currently, Naturally Splendid is in negotiations with an existing energy bar provider to assist in formulating the bar to optimize flavor and functionality. Naturally Splendid intends to have thefirst energy bars available in second quarter of 2014.

National Sales Representative

In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Dave Fiorillo as National Sales Manager. Mr. Fiorillo has over twenty years sales experience in the food industry. He has worked for numerous companies in the food industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to Naturally Splendid.

Naturally Splendid Moves to New Location

The Company is pleased to report that it has secured a five (5) year lease on 6,000 square feet facility of combined office and warehouse space in Burnaby BC. Vice President of Operations, Bryan Carson reports, "After an extensive search, we have located and secured a facility that will meet Naturally Splendid's needs immediately and into the future. We will utilize this facility as a main distribution hub to accommodate the expanding product lines."
