Alcoa (NYSE:AA) announced today that it has completed the previously
announced early redemption of all of its 6.00% Notes due July 15, 2013
in the aggregate principal amount of $422,463,000. Holders of the Notes
were paid $1,002.60 per $1,000.00 aggregate principal amount of the
Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, the
redemption date.
