For the second year in a row, AutoNation has more locations on the list than any other dealership group in the country, including two stores in the top 10: AutoNation Honda South in Corpus Christi, TX, which was ranked 5th nationally, and AutoNation Hyundai at the Mall of Georgia in Buford, GA, which ranked 10th. The designation is awarded through a survey process administered by Best Companies Group, an independent third party, which closely investigates dealership operations from the perspective of those who work there. Selection criteria include working conditions, benefits, professional development opportunities and work-life balance.
