MONTREAL, July 15, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Imaflex Inc. ("Imaflex" or the
"Corporation") has granted incentive stock options (the "Options")
entitling a consultant of the Corporation performing investor relations
activities to acquire up to 100,000 common shares of the Corporation
(the "Common Shares") for a period of two (2) years from the date of
grant of the Options. Based on the terms and conditions of the
Corporation's stock option plan, one quarter of the Options vest
immediately upon grant with an additional quarter vesting every three
month period thereafter. The Options are granted as of July 15, 2013 at
an exercise price of $0.40 per Common Share until July 15, 2015 as a
second tranche pursuant to a capital markets consulting agreement as
previously disclose by the Corporation in a press release dated January
16, 2013
