Buhler Industries announces $20M line of credit with Export Development Corporation

WINNIPEG, July 22, 2013 /CNW/ - Buhler Industries Inc. (Buhler
Industries) is pleased to announce today a new $20M line of credit
agreement with Export Development Canada (EDC). The financing is in
addition to the $60M line of credit with the Bank of Montreal and the
$7.5M line of credit with CIBC. The Company will use the EDC line to
support its sales growth of Versatile tractors to its overseas
customers. Under the terms and conditions of the agreement, the
Company may take advantage of the credit facility and drawdown funds
depending on its financial position.
