As part of an expanding effort to address a continuously growing
pipeline of prospective advisors, Securities America, a subsidiary of
Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE MKT: LTS), has hired
Marc Beekman, Steve Dripchak and Troy Reeder to the branch office
development recruiting team.

Marc Beekman, 33, brings nearly a decade of financial services
industry experience to Securities America as a regional director
focused on greater New England, including Washington, D.C. He began
his career as a financial advisor before becoming a wholesaler with
Jackson National Life and then Transamerica. Most recently, Beekman
was a personal investment officer with BBVA Compass Bancshares Inc.

Steve Dripchak, 52, brings 30 years of industry experience to
Securities America as a senior regional director focused on the
Northeast, including New York and New Jersey. He has held various
senior sales and relationship positions including the role of vice
president of relationship management at National Financial Services.
Most recently, Dripchak was a vice president at COR Clearing LLC.

Troy Reeder, 38, began in the securities industry in 2004 as an
internal wholesaler for Jackson National Life. He has been in various
wholesaler roles representing top insurance carriers and their
products for nearly eight years, most recently wholesaling mutual
funds to independent advisors. Reeder will serve as the regional
director for the Northwest, stationed out of Denver.
