Investor Day on July 26, 2013, it will release high level preliminary
results for the second quarter 2013 after the financial markets close on
Thursday, July 25, 2013. A copy of the preliminary release will be
posted on D&B’s investor relations Web site at http://investor.dnb.com.
D&B’s 2013 Investor Day will focus on the prospects for the future and
the status of its current transformation. Consequently, the Company will
be limiting discussions of its preliminary second quarter results to a
high level commentary. Detailed second quarter 2013 results will be
available in connection with the filing of its Form 10-Q, which is
expected to occur the week of August 5, 2013.
As previously announced, D&B will host its 2013 Investor Day event on
July 26, 2013 at Bloomberg LP Headquarters in New York City (731
Lexington Avenue between 58th and 59th Street). The event, which is open
to investors and analysts, will begin at 8:00 a.m. (ET) with breakfast
and product demonstrations. Management presentations will begin at 9:30
a.m. and conclude at approximately 12:30 pm. A live audio webcast of the

and a replay of the Investor Day webcast will be posted following the
live event.
