Early Warning Report Issued Pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 in Respect of the Acquisition of Shares of Arrowhead Water Products Ltd.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 24, 2013) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Mario Grech announces that he has recently acquired 1,079,000 common shares of Arrowhead Water Products Ltd ("Arrowhead"). Prior to such acquisition, he held 373,000 common shares of Arrowhead.

Mario Grech currently holds 1,452,000 common shares of Arrowhead, which represent an interest of 10.02% of Arrowhead's issued and outstanding shares.

The securities acquired by Mario Grech referred to above are held for investment purposes. In the future, he may increase or decrease his ownership of securities of Arrowhead from time to time depending upon the business and future market conditions.
