CAE announces James F. Hankinson as Chairman of the Board and announces the final 2013 Annual Meeting Board of Directors election results
MONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwired - Aug. 9, 2013) - (NYSE:CAE)(TSX:CAE) - CAE today announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed James F. Hankinson as Chairman of the Board following the CAE 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held yesterday. Mr. Hankinson has been on CAE's Board of Directors since 1995 as an Independent Director. He succeeds to Mr. Lynton R. Wilson who has retired from CAE's Board. CAE also announced the final director election results from the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
