Samco Gold Announces Management Changes
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 13, 2013) - Samco Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:SGA) ("Samco Gold" or the "Company") announces that Paul Richardson, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a director, has advised the Company that he will be leaving to pursue different opportunities effective August 13th 2013. In order to maintain continuity Mr Richardson's consultancy company will continue to provide certain consultancy services to the Company for a period of time.
The role of Chief Executive Officer will be assumed by the Company's Executive Chairman, Charles Koppel with immediate effect.
