Parta Dialogue Provides Update on Financing Activities
MONTREAL, QUEBEC and TORONTO, ONTARIO and PARIS, FRANCE--(Marketwired - Aug. 14, 2013) - Parta Dialogue Inc. ("Parta") (TSX VENTURE:PAD), an upcoming leader in Social Media Optimization and Social Learning, wishes to provide an update on the status of its successful financing activities.
Parta announced May 30, 2013 that it had agreed to undertake a non-brokered, prospectus-exempted private placement of Convertible Debentures for minimum gross proceeds of $200,000 and maximum gross proceeds of $500,000 (the "Offering"). Parta successfully closed the first tranche of the Offering on June 10, 2013, for total gross proceeds of $200,000. Parta continues to solicit subscription commitments from qualified investors under the previously announced terms of the Offering and now expects that the closing of the Offering will take place on or before August 28, 2013. Further updates on the status of the Offering will be announced as may be appropriate or required.
On August 1, 2013, Parta announced that it had successfully closed a parallel private placement consisting of 7,820,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $391,000. Each Unit consists of one common share in the share capital of Parta (a "Share") and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant is exercisable to acquire an additional Share at a price of $0.10 within 24 months of the Closing Date.
The total gross proceeds of the parallel offerings suggest that Parta has successfully reached its original financing goals, while still remaining open on interest in the Convertible Debentures Offering.
