HPIL Holding Announces Cooperation Agreement With 2EVOLUTION STUDIOS

SAGINAW, MI--(Marketwired - Aug 23, 2013) - HPIL Holding (the "Company" or "HPIL") (OTCQB: HPIL) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary HPIL GLOBALCOM Inc., on August 20, 2013, entered into a Cooperation Agreement (the "Agreement") with 2EVOLUTION STUDIOS, a private company focused on investing in the communication sector. The parties will work cooperatively to develop and expand projects between the parties beginning on August 20, 2013. The term of the Agreement is two years unless terminated earlier by either party.
