CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Sept. 12, 2013) - Arrowhead Water Products Ltd. ("Arrowhead" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AWA) announces that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 5 million common shares at a price of $0.27 per share for gross proceeds of $1,350,000. There will be no warrants attached to the private placement. Arrowhead will pay a finder's fee to PI Financial Corp. in the amount of 6% cash of the total proceeds together with 6% finder's fee warrants exercisable at a price of $0.27 per share for a period of two (2) years. The above private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Closing of the Private Placement is anticipated to be on or before September 30, 2013. The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for general corporate purposes, working capital and transacting new business acquisitions in the energy efficiency field.
