Following the release, the Company will host a teleconference and webcast at 4:30 p.m. MDT to review the third quarter results. Black Diamond also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of September of $0.07 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2013. The ex-dividend date is September 26, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
