Fourth Regional Maintenance & Operations Conference in Europe strongly attended by business aircraft customers
MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - Sept. 20, 2013) - Bombardier Customer Services just wrapped up its regional Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Conference in Vienna, Austria, tailored for operators of Bombardier business aircraft based in Europe, Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Middle East and Africa.
For the fourth consecutive year, Bombardier Customer Services has been present in Europe to offer a fully charged, three-day program attended by more than 200 business aircraft operators and suppliers. Fifty hours of technical updates individually tailored to each of Bombardier's Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft platforms were presented. These, together with operational workshops, online services demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions, are aimed at helping Bombardier operators improve the safety, reliability, and dispatch availability of their respective Bombardier business aircraft.
"Year after year, we have seen a growing interest in these types of events," said Éric Martel, President, Bombardier Customer Services & Specialized and Amphibious Aircraft. "We take advantage of opportunities like these to listen to our customers and collect their feedback to ensure we put the right measures in place to provide the best support possible."
Bombardier is taking bolder strides to put its customers first by regionalizing Customer Services and Support teams for both business and commercial aircraft. The implementation of localized leadership will further enhance the ability to make quick decisions and drive stronger performance to guarantee in-service customer satisfaction.
The Bombardier Customer Services team continues to expand in Europe, as well as in Russia and CIS, where a fourth Regional Review for commercial aircraft operators in the region is scheduled for September 25 to 26. During the two-day event, CRJ aircraft operators can join experts from Bombardier and learn about the latest in-service activities, technical solutions, maintenance engineering practices, and flight operations procedures that are specific to their region. Various sessions will also present technical updates on the CSeries aircraft, which performed its maiden flight on September 16, 2013.
