BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwired - Sep 20, 2013) - GLOBAL HOLDINGS, INC. (PINKSHEETS: WFSV) announced that the Company has appointed Frank C. Alario, M.D. to the Advisory Board of its Wellness Division. 

Dr. Alario, who has run a successful multi-specialty practice for the past 28 years, is licensed in New York, New Jersey and Florida primarily in the fields of Internal Medicine and Age Management Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey. Dr. Alario consulted for foreign medical students in Mexico to train and transition them into United States positions. He is the author of "Protecting Vision in Lyme Disease," which was published in Optometry Today and has also appeared on Animal Planet's "Monsters Inside Me" episode titled "Homegrown Enemies."

Dr. Alario, Medical Director of two prestigious Nursing Homes in New Jersey, was the recipient of the "Compassionate Doctors Award" and the "Patients Choice Award" and was honored with the Filipo Mazzei Memorial Award. Dr Alario is in good standing with the American Medical Association and is a member of the Age Management Medical Group.
