Navios Maritime Partners L.P. Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering
MONACO--(Marketwired - Sep 20, 2013) - Navios Maritime Partners L.P. ("Navios Partners") (NYSE: NMM), an owner and operator of dry cargo vessels, announced today that it has priced its follow-on public offering of 5,000,000 common units, which represent limited partnership interests, at $14.26 per unit. Navios Partners granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 750,000 common units. Navios Partners expects to use the net proceeds from the public offering to fund its fleet expansion and/or for general partnership purposes. The offering is expected to close on September 25, 2013.
Navios Partners' common units trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "NMM".
