TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 30, 2013) - Copper One Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CUO) ("Copper One" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr. Scott Moore as President and Chief Executive Officer of Copper One, replacing Mr. Benoit Moreau.
Mr. Moore is an experienced business executive with over 25 years in the resource and durable goods sectors. He is presently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Copper One and Chief Operating Officer of Forbes and Manhattan. Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Copper One also announces the resignations of Messrs. Benoit Moreau and Francois Laurin as directors of the Company. Copper One thanks Messrs. Moreau and Laurin for their contributions to the Company.
