BOSTON, Oct. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Boards of Trustees of Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund (NYSE MKT: EVV) and Eaton Vance National Municipal Opportunities Trust (NYSE: EOT) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of each Fund concurrently on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The meetings will be held at the principal office of the Funds, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about November 27, 2013 to shareholders of record on November 12, 2013. Shareholders of each Fund will be asked to vote on the election of Class II Trustees of the Fund.
