Management announced that Robert
B. Norberg of Winchester, MA has joined Weston
Financial, its Wellesley, MA division, as Vice President &
Business Development Officer. Norberg will oversee Weston’s corporate
relationships, assisting companies with developing financial life
planning programs for executives. Norberg joins Washington Trust after
18 years at Fidelity Investments where he most recently served as Vice
President of Client Service Operations & Process Improvement for
Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services business.

Norberg has extensive industry experience and has been a featured
speaker and panelist at numerous industry conferences. He is a Six Sigma
Black Belt, and a FINRA Series 7 Registered Representative. A graduate
of Boston College with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, he also holds
an MBA from Suffolk University. He volunteers his time as a member of
Winchester Hospital’s Business Partner Board.
