of Walt Weisner as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Care.
Weisner brings over 15 years of customer success, professional services
and technical support experience from previous leadership roles at
companies including ServiceNow, Good Technology, ShoreTel and WebEx.

customer and partner satisfaction programs and world wide customer care.
Prior to joining Good, Weisner held executive positions as VP Global
Customer Care and Operations at ServiceNow, VP Global Support Service at
ShoreTel and VP Global Support Services at WebEx. Mr. Weisner holds his
BBA from Cleveland State University in International Marketing and
Finance.
