NEWPORT BEACH, CA, Oct. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Greenbriar Capital Corp.
(TSX.V: GRB) (OTC: GEBRF) is pleased to announce that it has negotiated
a non-brokered private placement of 111,000 units at $2.70 per unit.
Each unit will comprise of one (1) common share and one-half (1/2)
share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one (1)
additional common share for each whole purchase warrant at a price of
$3.00 per share, expiring October 15, 2015.
The Company will pay PI Financial Corp. a finder's fee of 6% cash and 6%
in finder's warrants, exercisable into common shares at a price of
$3.00 per share, expiring October 15, 2015.
The use of proceeds is for general corporate purposes and subject to the
approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
