D&B Schedules Third Quarter 2013 Earnings Release and Teleconference

D&B (NYSE:DNB), the leading provider of global business information, tools and commercial insight, has announced that third quarter 2013 earnings results are scheduled to be released after the financial markets close on Monday, November 4, 2013. A copy of the earnings release will be posted on D&B’s investor relations Web site at http://investor.dnb.com.

An earnings teleconference is scheduled for Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), in which D&B’s senior management will discuss the quarter’s results. A question and answer period will follow.

A live Webcast of the teleconference can be accessed on D&B’s investor relations Web site and a replay will be available after the conclusion of the live call.
