CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Oct. 24, 2013) - Arrowhead Water Products Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AWA) ("Arrowhead" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it closed its previously announced private placement of 5 million common shares at a price of $0.30 per share. The private placement was fully subscribed for gross proceeds of $1,500,000. The Company paid finder's fees of $90,000 and issued 220,400 finder's fee warrants to PI Financial Corp. of Vancouver, British Columbia. The private placement is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general corporate purposes, working capital and transacting new business acquisitions in the energy efficiency field.
