(NYSE and NYSE Euronext: CSTM) - ("Constellium" or the "Company"), announced today that Goldman, Sachs & Co., as a representative of the underwriters for the Company's recent initial public offering, is terminating all lock-up restrictions with respect to the Company and with each party who executed lock-up agreements in connection with the initial public offering. The termination will take effect on November 6, 2013, and the ordinary shares that were subject to the lock-up restrictions may be issued or sold on or after such date, subject to applicable securities law restrictions.
