Efftec Provides Details and Values of YamYam Asset Suite

Efftec Provides Details and Values of YamYam Asset Suite

TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Nov 5, 2013) - Efftec International, Inc. (OTC: EFFI): Efftec is pleased to provide the following information on the assets of YamYam.

YamYam fully owns the 100% developed and operational IP infrastructure which underlies over 35 mobile products which have been successfully brought to market, including casino games, large-scale fantasy RPG games ("MMPORG's") which can handle hundreds of thousands of online players at once, GPS-based mobile tracking systems, and more. These various technologies and architectures have been developed from the ground up by YamYam's founder, and will be further exploited through a variety of new product launches.

YamYam has a number of applications which are over 90% complete and expects to complete development in short time. The Company will provide further details on these products and other upcoming contracts shortly.

Timothy Page, founder and CTO of YamYam, has developed a broad suite of mobile applications under a variety of contractual arrangements over the last years including multiple mobile Enterprise applications for small businesses, and games applications for such large names as Mattel™. Tim has also been a key contributor to regulated mobile gaming content development and architecture with Cantor Fitzgerald™, whose wireless wagering system is deployed in The Hard-Rock Casino, The Venetian, The Cosmopolitan, and the M Resort, all in Las Vegas.

The Company has thoroughly evaluated YamYam's current asset package, and in the near-term will explore obtaining an independent 3rd party IP valuation. Many will not be listed here as they are either currently active, or exist for products already in late-stage (past 90%) development.

These values are quite conservative and based on a minimal cost-to-rebuild, whereas once evaluated, a sector-specific valuation multiple will likely be applied, providing a valuation of 2x to 3x the cost-to-rebuild.

  • RPG Server technology with Cloud-based role playing game server build + data objects/constructions -- $350,000
  • RPG Clients for iOS™ and Android™ -- $150,000
  • RPG infrastructure tools for database construction -- $100,000
  • Mobile Framework and Graphics Libraries for iOS™ and Android™ games based on OpenGL -- $125,000
  • Mobile GPS tracking system -- applicable to the iOS™, Android™, Windows™, and BlackBerry™ platforms -- $250,000
  • Game Catalog -- existing mobile game products/components developed for clients, applied as a basis for future products on the iOS™, Android™, Windows™, and BlackBerry™ platforms -- $200,000

The total value of YamYam's asset suite is over $1,250,000 based on ground-up development cost.
