(CNSX: ZRI) ("Zara") announces that it shall effect a conversion of $176,416 of its debt into Units of Zara, each Unit comprising of one common share at $0.06 per share and one warrant exercisable at $0.09 per share (the "Debt Conversion"). The Debt Conversion will result in the issuance of 2,948,416 common shares and 2,948,416 warrants. No commission is payable in relation to the Debt Conversions. The total amount of Zara shares issued and outstanding is now 38,334,380.
