The stock posted one of the largest percentage increases on the NYSE that day and traded in between 0.96 - 1.6 yesterday. $0.96 represented a new 52-week low for the stock. The big drop came after disappointing Q3 results. Adjusted EPS of $0.02 missed the $0.03 consensus; rev fell 21% to $35.5 million vs. the $43.8 million consensus.

diaDexus, Inc. (OTC: DDXS) shares closed down 54.15 percent on Tuesday with about 4.5 million shares traded. The stock traded in the range of 0.64 and 1.04 a share yesterday. The Company provided an update to their PLAC® Test business related to the topline Phase 3 STABILITY trial results announced by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). GSK reported in a press release this morning that their trial evaluating the Lp-PLA2 inhibitor, darapladib, did not meet its primary endpoint measure, which was time to first occurrence of any major adverse cardiovascular event (MACE).

The Alkaline Water Company Inc. (OTCBB: WTER) shares closed down 17.78 percent on Tuesday, making it nearly 30% in losses seen since Monday. The stock traded roughly 3.5 million shares and had a range of 0.35 – 0.45 yesterday with 0.35 becoming a new 52-week low. The company announced significant entry into the Oklahoma City marketplace through the initiation of orders from key regional retailer BUY FOR LE$$.
