Talent: Compensation and SumTotal
Workforce Analytics and Planning cloud-based solutions to help the
organization identify, develop, reward and retain high-performing

The City
of Danville, which Industry Week Magazine named one of the Top 25
World Class Communities, encompasses 13 departments that provide
services ranging from public safety and utilities to mass transit and
parks and recreation. The city has been using the SumTotal
Learn solution since 2011 and added performance management last
year. According to Organizational Development Consultant, Eddy Parham,
the addition of SumTotal’s compensation and analytics solutions will
enable the creation of a pay-for-performance culture that aligns with
the city council’s vision for the community.

Parham said they have already seen success with their ability to create
