Treasury Shares
The Company announces that following the transfer of 20,611 Treasury Shares
from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to options being exercised under the
Executive Share Option Scheme and the Senior Executive Share Option Scheme, the
issued share capital for the `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,432,259 of
which 888,703 (2.66%) are treasury shares.
