Pethealth Inc. to Present at Bank of America Merrill Lynch's 2013 Animal Health Summit

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 3, 2013) - Pethealth Inc. ("Pethealth" or "the Company") (TSX:PTZ), North America's leading provider of animal management software, microchip identification and data related services for companion animals, and pet health insurance is pleased to announce that Mark Warren, President and Chief Executive Officer, will make a presentation on the Company, including recent operating results, at the 2013 Animal Health Summit presented by Bank of America Merrill Lynch on December 16th, 2013 at The Bank of America Conference Center in Boston, Massachusetts. The Pethealth presentation is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Joining Mr. Warren in his presentation will be senior executives from three leading animal welfare organizations ("AWOs") in the United States: Ms. Alice Calabrese, President and CEO of Humane Society of Rochester (Lollypop Farm); Ms. Tara High, Executive Director of Humane Society of South Mississippi; and Mr. Brad Shear, Executive Director of Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. The three will be participating in a panel discussion towards the end of the presentation.

Recently, increased attention has been paid to the impact that AWOs will have in the future purchasing habits of pet owners for pet specialty retail products and veterinary care.
