The Company announced today that it has filed an amendment to its Registration Statement on Form 20-F/A (Amendment No. 3) to register its common shares (the "Shares") with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The original Registration Statement on Form 20-F was filed with the SEC on August 29, 2013, the first amendment to the Registration Statement on Form 20-F/A (Amendment No. 1) was filed with the SEC on October 23, 2013 and the second amendment to the Registration Statement on Form 20-F/A (Amendment No. 2) was filed with the SEC on November 21, 2013.
