(TSX VENTURE:CKX), has surpassed 11 million sq. ft. of interactively mapped retail space with its most recent installation of its ViCCi touchscreen Directories at Sherwood Park Mall in Sherwood Park, Alberta on Nov. 29, 2013.
ViCCi (Virtual Customer Care Interface) is Visionstate's interactive directory software that is designed to direct and inform guests in a creative and engaging way. Their state of the art software includes 3D mapping/wayfinding and interactive tenant and amenity listings, among many other features.
Sherwood Park Mall is one of Primaris REIT's new acquisitions in its strategy for controlling "market-leading shopping centres [that] attract a mix of national and local retailers and deliver a unique shopping experience for consumers" (www.primarisreit.com/corp_home). The facility, 460,875 sq. ft. in retail space, was renovated in 2012 to bring new life to the mall that was built in 1972, and the changes are noticeable, especially with new ViCCi touchscreen directories.
