As a partner and owner, Mr. Lott has overseen business, sales and financing operations for Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and Chrysler dealerships in California. In 1999, he co-founded HRJ Capital, a private equity investment management firm where he served as a managing partner through 2009. He sits on several advisory boards and serves as a consultant for TVU Networks and H. Barton Asset Management Group.

Mr. Lott is a distinguished philanthropist, mentor and role model deeply committed to fighting poverty and serving families and children in need. “We are thrilled to add Ronnie to our Board of Directors,” said Wes Edens, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Springleaf Holdings. “The discipline, tenacity and leadership that Ronnie exhibited as a great athlete have served him well as an entrepreneur and community leader. His intelligence and competitive mindset, along with his extensive management, philanthropic and financial services experience, make him ideally qualified to join our board and work on behalf of our shareholders.”
