The agency was presented with a trophy at a luncheon event held by the publication in New York City and was featured in the December 9, 2013 issue of the magazine.
Winning companies are chosen based on scores from a confidential employee survey combined with scores for an employer survey focusing on company benefits, employee salaries, perks, etc. Only nine companies within the advertising/public relations/marketing category were listed in the top 50.
