The sites improve wireless coverage and capacity in the following areas:
- Fresno: Around Interstate 5 north of Russell Avenue; and Along Clinton Avenue and Fruit Avenue
- Kingsburg: Along Highway 99 around the Fresno/Tulare County Line, Merritt Drive, Avenue 368, Road 60 and N 6th Avenue
- Throughout the Auberry area
