(OTCBB:ENIP), an intellectual property services and patent licensing company, announced today that Franciscus Diaba has joined the Board of Directors. Mr. Diaba, an Intellectual Property Attorney possesses deep knowledge and expertise in intellectual property and patents. Mr. Diaba will add his knowledge, relationships and expertise in the IP patent and licensing sector to better strengthen the position of Endeavor IP, Inc., including identification of additional portfolio acquisition opportunities.
The Company has brought recent legal action against various parties, including Itron, Inc. and Con Edison Solutions, Inc., for infringement of its patents, which are pending. The Company maintains two families of patents one in mesh technology (involving wireless communication networks) and the second in solar monitoring (involving remote access energy monitoring systems and electric alternating current sensors for measuring alternating currents in circuit conductors) and is seeking to expand into additional technology opportunities.

Franciscus L. Diaba, 41, currently practices Intellectual Property law in New York, New York. He was the President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman of the Board of North South Holdings, Inc. from November 2012 to May 2013 until acquired by Spherix Incorporated (Nasdaq:SPEX). Mr. Diaba was an Intellectual Property attorney at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Diaba holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center (University of New Hampshire School of Law). Among other qualifications, Mr. Diaba brings to the Board years of experience counseling clients on IP portfolio development and monetizing IP assets, including as trial counsel.
