("Swisher") (Nasdaq:SWSH) (TSX:SWI), a leading provider of essential hygiene and sanitizing products and services, today announced that it has completed the sale of additional assets held for sale for $3.2 million in cash plus future consideration dependent on January 2014 revenue generated by the assets.
