Scott Friedman, Diane Karagory, Chad Kellogg, Becca LaFond, Costa Magas
and Laura Zimmermann have been promoted to the role of managing director.

Education. He assists universities, academic medical centers,
hospitals, and non-profit institutions on financial and regulatory
issues. In addition, Carter leads Huron’s research cost reimbursement
solutions team.
Curtis
was promoted to managing director in Huron
Legal. He leads design and development efforts of technology-driven
processes and applications, including Huron Legal’s core electronic
discovery solutions.
Friedman
was promoted to managing director in Huron
Education. He assists universities in identifying and implementing
opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Karagory
was promoted to managing director in Huron
Healthcare. She focuses on the healthcare industry, specializing in
non-labor expense reduction implementations and clinical improvements in
medical, surgical and physician preference areas and procedure care
variation.
Kellogg
was promoted to managing director in Huron
Healthcare. He focuses on operational process improvement, bed board
software implementation, staffing realignment, interdisciplinary care
coordination, improved capacity utilization and length-of-stay
improvement at hospitals and health systems.
LaFond
was promoted to managing director in Huron
Healthcare. She specializes in hospital operational process
improvement, bed board and case management software implementation,
emergency department patient flow and length-of-stay improvement.
Magas
was promoted to managing director in Huron
Healthcare. He focuses on financial improvements at academic medical
centers, multi-facility healthcare systems and community hospitals
through revenue cycle optimization – which includes operational
redesign, process improvement, revenue optimization and cash
acceleration.
Zimmermann
was promoted to managing director in Huron
Education. She helps universities and academic medical centers
select, design and implement enterprise technology solutions to improve
business operations and management reporting.
