PEORIA, Ill., Jan. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) will release 2013 full-year and fourth-quarter financial results at 6:30 a.m. Central Time on Monday, January 27, 2014.
