HALIFAX, Jan. 14, 2014 /CNW/ - Clarke Inc. ("Clarke") (TSX: CKI CKI.DB.A) has approved the 2013 fourth quarter dividend of
10 cents per share payable on January 31, 2014, to shareholders of
record on January 22, 2014. The ex-dividend date will be January 20,
2014.
