Resources Global Professionals Announces Promotions in Southern California

RGP

Resources Global Professionals (“RGP”) today announced two promotions: Aaron Frye to managing director of middle markets in Orange County, California, and Ellie Anest to regional director, healthcare, for Southern California. Frye will continue to build RGP’s middle market business, a key sector in the Orange County market, and Anest will build the Company’s healthcare practice in the region.

"Aaron and Ellie have both contributed significantly to the Company and I couldn’t be more pleased to have them in such key regional leadership positions,” said Elisabeth Dick, regional managing director for Southern California.

In addition to his new middle market managing director responsibilities, Frye, with over nine years in client service at RGP, provides leadership in training and development efforts for the Southern California region’s consultants. Prior to RGP, Frye was a corporate controller at Christie where he managed general accounting, financial reporting and international operations. Previously, he was an audit manager at KPMG. Frye is a CPA and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara.

As regional director, healthcare, for Southern California, Anest will have primary responsibility for strengthening and developing services provided to RGP’s roster of healthcare clients. Prior to joining RGP in 2009 as a client service director in its Orange County office, Anest worked for and consulted with Fortune 500, mid-cap and startup companies. Prior to 2009, Anest owned and operated Anest Financial Solutions for over five years, providing a variety of consulting services. She also spent six years with Taco Bell in the financial planning and strategy team and began her career with KPMG in audit. Anest holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Accounting from San Diego State University.
