Double certification HQE and BREEAM,
mention "Very Good"
Cegereal announces that the Europlaza and Arcs de Seine buildings have obtained the BREEAM In-Use « Very Good » certification on the 16th of January. Therefore 75% of Cegereal's assets are now double-certified, with both HQE and BREEAM labels.
So far, only 4 building in France including Arcs de Seine and Europlaza carry this double certification.
These outstanding sites are ecosystems that serve businesses genuinely. They offer customized work and leisure spaces which can host up to 5,000 people. They notably show high performances on the "Asset" and "Building Management" criteria.
As a reminder: Arcs de Seine and Europlaza both obtained the HQE Exploitation label in June 2012 and November 2013 as part of the "Go Green" plan. This environmental certification project aims to provide Cegereal with a 100% "Green" label (HQE Exploitation) as of this year.
