BNY Mellon Named as Depositary by Chr. Hansen for its Sponsored ADR Program

Hansen as depositary bank for its sponsored American depositary receipt (ADR) program. Previously, the company traded in the U.S. over-the-counter (OTC) market as an unsponsored DR. Each Chr. Hansen ADR represents one-half of an ordinary share and trades OTC under the symbol "CHYHY." Chr. Hansen's ordinary shares trade on the NASDAQ OMX under the symbol "CHR."
