TORONTO, Feb. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - RBC Global Asset Management Inc. (RBC GAM)
today announced January net sales of $932 million. Long-term funds had
net sales of $1.1 billion and money market funds had net redemptions of
$183 million. Assets under management increased by 1.3 per cent.
"We have seen a strong start to 2014, with continued growth across our
diverse line-up of funds," said Doug Coulter, president of RBC GAM.
"Advisors and investors continue to favour long-term solutions such as
the RBC North American Value Fund, which recently surpassed $1.5
billion in assets."
Sales results information is based on preliminary data from the
Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC).
